The challenge of this design was to upgrade and provide general compliance for four existing classrooms in an old LTC school building.

The proposed design incorporated a small and practical extension to ensure that all the existing classrooms were now increased to meet the current State requirements, including the provision of general storage, use of contemporary teaching tools, the provision of small and large withdrawal areas and a deck for out door learning that can be closed off outside school hours for security.
