Michell Shire Council plans to construct a state-of-the-art new Sports Pavilion for the Kilmore local football club, making it one of the most contemporary sporting facilities in Regional Victoria.

The new building shall include new amenities for all the players and officials, storage facilities for the sporting equipment, offices for the staff and a large commercial kitchen that shall cater for the adjoining new restaurant which shall be clad with curved and robust rammed earth walls to the rear and large floor to ceiling, both fixed and operable, thermally improved window sections that can extend from the restaurant space and to the undercover external areas which shall provide a comprehensive view of the football oval and the game.

The new Community Hub not only provides a facility for the sporting community, but offers a space that can be hired for various local community functions such as presentations and parties throughout the year.
