The government facility was design to provide short term support and accommodation for families; including a town house with three bedrooms living room, kitchen, bathrooms and private open spaces. The town house program is supported by staff housed in the main administration building with a reception, entry waiting area, general offices and a communal area for informal gathering and functions.
